When will my order ship?
All orders ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your doorstep.
If you need something sooner, send us a message on Instagram @_shop3fourteen or email contact@3fourteen.shop and we will see if we can accommodate a rush order. Rush shipping fees will apply if available.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All U.S. orders ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed. Please double check your order details before completing checkout.
What is your return policy?
Online purchases may be returned for store credit only if they are shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery. They must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and in perfect condition to be accepted.
Items discounted 20 percent or more, all sale items, and flash sale purchases are final sale.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Email contact@3fourteen.shop and include photos of the damaged item so we can assist you.
My package says delivered but I can’t find it.
Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
