Shipping Method

All orders ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail within the United States from Ellisville, MS.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days after your order is placed. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Rush Orders

If you need an order sooner, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double check your order details before completing checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package leaves our boutique and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, you will need to contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
