Returns + Store Credit
We hope you absolutely love everything you purchase from 3fourteen! We carefully curate pieces we are obsessed with and hope they become favorites in your closet too. But we understand that sometimes something just doesn’t work out.
Online purchases may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY if they are shipped back to us within 10 days of the delivery date.
If your return is postmarked after the 10 day window, unfortunately it will not be eligible for return or store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
• Items purchased at 20% off or more
• All items in the Sale category
• Flash Sale purchases, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and End of the Year sales
Return Conditions
All items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition to be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted if items have:
• Makeup stains
• Deodorant marks
• Perfume or smoke odor
• Pet hair
• Cigarette smell
• Any stains or signs of wear
If a return is received in less than perfect condition, the return will be declined. The item can be mailed back to you if you purchase a $7 return shipping label.
Preparing Your Return
When returning items, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip with your return. We recommend insuring your packages to protect against items being damaged during shipping. Damaged items will not be accepted for returns.

Damaged Items
We always want you to receive your items in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Email contact@3fourteen.shop and include photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
